Founded in 1993, Hunan Sanxing LEO Machinery is a high-tech company specialized in manufacturing and supplying glass straight-line double edging machines, glass double round-edge linear machines, and dual-line edging machines. Our head office is in Changshan and we also have a subsidiary in Foshan. We employ 500 staff at our two factories.
Our raw materials and components meet QB requirements while our products are CE-certified. PLC control system is also used in operations to make products with high precision. As such, they are durable, with a lifespan of over five years. One-year warranty is provided as well.
We source motors from Japan; ABB, timing belts, timing belt rotation and polishing from Italy; guide plates from OTK Germany; contacts, breakers, motor protection switches and relays from Schneider France; photoelectric switches from Omron Japan; and pneumatic components from Sanyo Japan. 50 material suppliers have cooperated with us for over 10 years.
R&D consists of 35 engineers with over five years of experience. They include a professor, two doctors, two masters and 16 bachelors; some of them have once worked in Cosmos, The Chen Hsong Group and KRRUPP Midea. Two new series of items are released each year, and lead time for samples is 120 days.
